• Storage and Shelf Life: For optimal freshness, consume within 2-3 days. For longer storage, freeze immediately upon delivery to maintain quality for up to 2 weeks.
• Preparation: Rinsed and packed, ready to cook.
• Packaging: Vacuum-sealed for freshness. In-house deliveries are placed in a styrofoam box with ice and transferred to a plastic bag upon arrival. For third-party courier deliveries, they are packed in a corrugated box with ice.
